"Working with Emotions" is a course designed to help you manage and understand your emotions through the lens of Buddhist teachings. This course offers practical insights and techniques to address emotional challenges and foster inner balance.Course StructureIn this course, you will explore the nature of the mind and its impact on your emotions. You will delve into both destructive and constructive emotional patterns and learn how to cultivate more positive responses. Each day will include teachings, interactive discussions, and meditation practices focused on:
- Understanding Emotional Patterns: Learn about the different types of emotions and how they influence your behavior and relationships.
- Practical Techniques: Discover methods to recognize and shift negative thought patterns, and develop constructive emotional responses.
- Meditation Practices: Engage in meditation sessions designed to help you reflect on and manage your emotional experiences.
- Interactive Discussions: Participate in group discussions to share insights and learn from others’ experiences.
The course will also cover Buddhist principles relevant to emotional well-being. By the end of the course, you will gain practical skills to better navigate emotional challenges and enhance your personal growth.
Please note that this course focuses on integrating Buddhist principles with practical emotional management techniques and does not promise quick fixes. Instead, it offers tools for ongoing self-improvement and emotional balance.*

Arrival and Check-In:
- Check-in Time: January 28, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (latest).
- First Session: 5:30 pm on January 28. Please ensure you arrive before this time.
Early Arrival and Late Departure: You may arrive one or two days early or stay one or two days after the course. Extra charges apply for these additional days. Please click here to check the costs. Reception is open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm; arrivals and departures should be scheduled within these hours.
Course Conclusion: The course ends on February 2, with lunch.
Daily Schedule:
- Start Time: 6:45 am
- End Time: 9:00 pm
- Attendance at all sessions is compulsory. Silence is observed from 9:00 pm until after lunch the following day.
Course Discipline:
- Mobile phones and other internet-connectable devices must be checked in at reception for the duration of the course.
