7-Day Residential Retreat
This retreat is designed to help participants cultivate a sustainable practice of shamatha (calm abiding) and vipassana (mindfulness) meditation. It is ideal for those eager to build a foundational understanding of Buddhist meditation and explore its relevance in addressing life's challenges.
Self-Discovery
Do you know who you are?
Are you aware of the behavioral patterns that do not serve you well?
What are their underlying causes, and do you possess the solutions to transform them?
If there is no stillness, there is no silence.
If there is no silence, there is no insight.
If there is no insight, there is no clarity.
- Tenzin Priyadashi Rinpoche
