In today’s fast-paced world, this beginner-friendly course introduces the transformative Buddhist practice of Lojong (mind training), offering practical tools to turn everyday challenges into opportunities for personal growth and deeper compassion.

Course Structure

In this course, you will learn to:

COURSE DATES: July 22 to July 29, 2025

COURSE TEACHER: Ven. Tenzin Namjong

FLAT COURSE FEE IN A DORM: US$ 140

Accommodation Options: Students have the option to upgrade to single, double, or triple rooms with private or shared facilities. These rooms are available at an additional charge. Please click here to view the daily rates for these room types. Add these charges to the Flat Course Fee based on your room preference. Room allocation is handled on a first-come, first-served basis and is confirmed upon arrival. We cannot guarantee your first choice of room.

Arrival and Check-In:

  • Check-in Time: July 22, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (latest).
  • First Session: 5:30 pm on July 22. Please ensure you arrive before this time.

Course Conclusion: The course ends on July 29, with lunch.

Daily Schedule:

  • Start Time: 6:45 am
  • End Time: 9:00 pm
  • Attendance at all sessions is compulsory. Silence is observed from 9:00 pm until after lunch the following day.

Course Discipline:

  • Mobile phones and other internet-connectable devices must be checked in at reception for the duration of the course.
  • Please adhere to our strict dress code, appropriate for a monastic environment.
