Introduction To Buddhism

30 March -6 April 2026 (6 Day Course)
Taught by: Tenzin Choden

This short course is perfect for beginners, introducing the fundamental Buddhist principles based on the Lamrim – The Graduated Path to Enlightenment. You will learn how to apply these teachings to daily life, making them meaningful and practical.

The course includes teachings, guided meditations, and discussion group sessions. A special feature is a silent retreat period, offering an opportunity to gain practical experience of meditation practice.

This course forms the foundation for more advanced programs and is a prerequisite for intermediate courses and some retreats. Participants will also receive guidance on setting up their own daily practice.

Whether you are interested in Buddhism, or seeking tools to work with uncontrolled emotions or life dissatisfaction, this course provides practical skills to make life more fulfilling and meaningful. You will also meet like-minded participants and build supportive friendships.
