This course is ideal for beginners and offers an introduction to the fundamental principles of Buddhism. Drawing upon Tibetan Buddhist psychology, it is designed to help participants deepen their emotional awareness and develop practical tools to better understand and navigate their emotional responses — fostering more harmonious relationships with themselves and others.

My Mind, My Santuary

17 – 24 March  2026 (7-Day Retreat)

This retreat guides participants in shamatha (calm abiding) and vipassana (mindfulness) meditation, helping to cultivate a stable and insightful practice. Through daily meditation, reflective discussions, and noble silence, participants will explore their habitual patterns, gain clarity of mind, and develop practical tools to bring calm, focus, and understanding into daily life.
