This course is perfect for beginners. It will introduce core Buddhist themes, meditation practices, discussion group sessions and how to apply these in your daily life. Based on the Lam Rim the course will culminate in a two day meditation retreat.
My Mind, My Sanctuary
23 May – 30 May (7 days)
Led by: Wee Geok Hua
Over the course of seven days, retreatants will engage in daily meditation practices that promote both insight and stability. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and discuss key insights, creating a deeper connection to the teachings.
