Drawing upon Tibetan Buddhist psychology\, it is designed to help participants deepen their emotional awareness and develop practical tools to better understand and navigate their emotional responses — fostering more harmonious relationships with themselves and others. Emotions play a powerful role in how we experience life. They can be both enriching and challenging\, and at times may feel beyond our control. Through this course\, participants will explore practical methods to gain greater clarity about their emotions\, respond to them more skillfully\, and cultivate healthier emotional patterns. 								\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n									Participants will also explore ways to find answers to essential questions such as: What can help me deal with the problems of everyday life\, such as destructive thoughts and emotions\, especially anger?How can I relate more skillfully to people I find “difficult”?How can I make my life more meaningful?The program includes teachings on Tibetan Buddhism\, guided meditation practices\, and group discussions.
